Flexibility Is The Key To Great Sex

     Hey guys. In today's blog we'll go further into our "Keys To Great Sex" series  with a great topic I call "Flexibility is Key". We all know that lifting weights to get that chiseled look or jogging to increase stamina and even eating the right foods to get that blood pumping works wonders on improving our ability to dominate in the bedroom. But, one thing that most guys I know overlook (intentionally in most cases) is flexibility.

     The best way to increase flexibility is to stretch. I know that most of us would rather skip this part of our workout, but let's face it guys it's totally necessary. Have you ever been in the middle of making love and all of a sudden you get a charlie horse (muscle spasm usually around the hamstring)? Well I have and it's no fun. It's pretty embarrassing having  to stop during sex writhing in pain, and having to explain to your lady friend that you're too out of shape to hit it right (sexually satisfy her).

      Not only is stretching physically good for you, but it also helps relax and focus the mind. Once you get into a good rhythm and get passed the initial soreness from a good stretching regimen, you'll find that you'll be more alert and even have more energy. It's also a good idea to ask your significant other to join you in stretching, this will bring you much closer and can add much needed motivation. (I'm sure she'll say yes, I've never met a woman that would say no to a good stretch ;).

5 Stretches To Help You Perform Better In Bed

1. Stand straight up with your feet together. Extend both arms above your head pointing to the ceiling. Take a deep breath. Slowly bend down at the waist toward your feet, while exhaling touch your toes with your fingers (or as low as you can go). Hold this position for 10-15 seconds. Slowly stand upright remembering to keep your back as flat as you can. Repeat this about 4 times.

2.  Lay flat on your stomach in the plank or pushup position. Slowly inhale as you push your upper body off of the ground. Try to keep your legs straight and parallel with the ground. Slowly exhale as you hold this position for 10-15 seconds. Repeat about 4 times.

3. Starting from a right leg lunge position, lean forward while keeping your back flat and place both hands flat on the ground (or as low as you can go). Breathe slowly as you hold this position for about 10 seconds. Switch legs and repeat the stretch. Do this about 2 times each side.

4. Starting form the right leg lunge position. Take a slow deep breath as you raise your hands towards the sky keeping your back flat and head looking straight up. Try to get a good stretch in your hips. Loosening your hip flexors will greatly improve your sexual performance. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds. Exhale and slowly come out of the lunge. Switch sides and repeat the stretch. Do this about 2 times per side.

5. The last stretch is pretty simple. Sit on the ground with both legs together and your toes pointing straight up. take a deep breath and slowly reach for your toes while exhaling. If you can't reach your toes right now it's ok, you'll eventually get there.

Doing these stretches daily will only take a few minutes but will work wonders on your overall health.

     If you're close to my age (early 30's) you might remember a pretty popular 80's cartoon called The Jetsons. The Jetsons were a family from the future whose lives were entirely immersed in technology. From robot maids to houses sitting miles in the air towering over the smog and pollution of the bustling society below. But, the most exciting piece of technology they had to my friends and I were the flying cars.

     I remember hearing people say "In the near future we'll have flying cars just like the Jetsons." , and I believed them. What can I say, I was just a kid. Now it's 2016 and we still don't have flying cars, but we do have something almost as good.

     Today I want to do something a little different. I want to showcase what I hope to be the future of automobiles (and the death of fossil fuels and me paying for gas), The Tesla Model S.

This innovative piece of machinery is the first 100% electric sedan and it just so happens to be my dream car. Here's why...

     Model S, the first fully electric sedan, is an evolution in automotive engineering. Combining performance, safety, and efficiency, it has reset the world’s expectations for the car of the 21st century with the highest possible safety ratings, the longest range of any electric vehicle, and over-the-air software updates that continuously make it better.

Kale... The Superfood

      When you hear the word "Superfood" what's the first thing that comes to mind? If you thought a type of food that would give you,super speed, or even super human strength you were right. If you thought Mario's Magic Mushroom, you were wrong...lol :)

     I'm always on the lookout for things that will give my readers the edge in life. This month I'd like to introduce you to one of my favorite Superfoods, Kale.

Kale is such a tasty and healthy veggie that's easy to prepare and just so good for you. I'll give you guys a list of kale's health benefits and even one of my very own extremely delicious and healthy kale dishes. I hope you enjoy.

                     Just one cup of  nutrient rich Kale contains;

  • Vitamin A - Over 206% RDA (Recommended Daily Amount).
  • Vitamin B1-B3: 3% of the RDA
  • Vitamin B6: 9% of the RDA.
  • Vitamin C: 134% of the RDA.
  • Vitamin K: 684% of the RDA.
  • Calcium: 9% of the RDA.
  • Copper: 10% of the RDA.
  • Magnesium: 6% of the RDA.
  • Manganese: 26% of the RDA.
  • Potassium: 9% of the RDA.
  • Fiber: 2.6 Grams
     Kale is also full of great antioxidants (
substances that help counteract oxidation damage by free radicals in the body) like Quercetin and Kaempferol.

Kale has several properties that should make it a weight loss friendly food. It is very low in calories… but still provides significant bulk that should help you feel full.

Because of the low calorie and high water content, kale has a low energy density. Eating plenty of foods with a low energy density has been shown to aid weight loss in numerous studies (29, 30).

Despite the low amount of calories, it does contain small amounts of protein and fiber. These are two of the most important nutrients when it comes to losing weight.

Although there is no study directly testing the effects of kale on weight loss, it makes sense that it could be a useful addition to a weight loss diet.

Will Manuel's Healthy Kale Stir-Fry

This is one of my all-time favorite Kale dishes. It's a simple Chinese style stir fry dish that's loaded with nutrients and won't give you the "itis" (extremely sleepy feeling after eating large heavy meals) after eating it.
                     What you'll need...

Chow Mein Noodles: 11 Ounces
Kale: 12 Ounces
Garlic: 1 Clove
Brown Onion: 1 Whole Onion
Serano Chile Pepper: 1 Small Pepper
Chicken: 1 Pound of Breast or Thigh Meat Cut into Cubes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 1 Cup (Half for stir-fry half for noodles)
Water: 3 Quarts

Salt, Black Pepper, and Soy Sauce to taste. (I personally like mine spicy so I add a little bit of cayenne pepper.)

                   First Things First...

1. In a wok or medium frying pan
add half a cup of olive oil, chopped Onion,chopped Garlic,Chopped Kale, and finely chopped Serano pepper. Turn heat on low and cover for about 10 minutes.

2. Add cubed chicken to the pan, season with salt and pepper. Replace lid and raise heat to medium. Let cook for another 15 minutes remembering to stir every 3 minutes or so.

3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for another 8 minutes. Remove from heat.

                   It's Noodle Time...

1. In a large saucepan bring 3 quarts of water to a boil.

2. Add noodles and boil for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender, rinse with cold water and drain well.

4. In a separate wok or frying pan add the remaining Olive Oil (should be about half a cup left).
Turn heat on to medium.

5. Stir-Fry noodles for 5 to 8 minutes until slightly crispy
. Remove from heat.

                Now The Fun Part...

     Now it's time to eat :) Place noodles and meat veggie mixture
on a plate or mix them together in a bowl (the choice is yours, I personally like mine separate).

Add soy sauce to taste, try not to over do it though. You don't want to turn such a healthy dish into a sodium infused nightmare, you want to taste the way the veggies beautifully melted together.

Grab your chopsticks or fork and dig in!

A little Q&A... The Approach.

  Good day Gentlemen. It’s Don Manuel here and I’m going to start today’s discussion off with a fundamental problem many of you are having, The approach.

     Roy F. From Ontario Canada had this problem ; “I have trouble talking to women unless its in a controlled setting like in a classroom or something like that and half of the time she has a bf, can you give me advice on how I can approach women please?”

     The approach is both the hardest and simplest part of the chat up. Hardest because it carries with it the potential of awkwardness and rejection. Simplest because the act of approaching someone is one you’ve already done thousands upon thousands of times before, you’re simply walking up to someone you haven’t met and saying hello. We’ve all done that before right? Of course we have. Chatting up a girl is no different.

You spot her in a crowd or a grocery store or wherever you may be, you make eye contact with her and smile your warmest most confident (non-creepy) smile. More often than not ( about 83% of the time or another made up number) she’ll smile right back. Then you walk over and say hello, then she says “hi” in her high pitched girly voice, and viola! She has been approached. I told you it would be simple.

     Now the thing about the approach is that you’re eventually going to say something corny and there will be some awkwardness. Don’t despair, people say corny shit all the time, the girl in question has most likely said some corny shit that same day, so you’re in good company. At this stage you want to keep it very simple and respectful, introduce yourself and ask her name, pay her a little compliment. Ask her sincere questions about herself and get her talking.

      The key is to get that back and forth flow going between you, once you start vibing with each other you’ll know its time to kick it up a notch. The more you approach girls the better you’ll be at it so in you’re average day take every chance you get to say a few words to any girl you pass by.

      You don’t have to say anything clever and it doesn’t have to be a girl you like, its just to get your skills up, so get out there and say hello to at least ten chicks a day. Be straightforward and sincere and I promise you will see results.
